Hi, I'm Rostyslav — a full-stack developer and freelancer.

I write about the parts of freelance and digital work that rarely get talked about clearly: how to price a project without guessing, what actually belongs in a client agreement, how many rounds of revisions is reasonable, and how to build a career around real work instead of a résumé that says nothing.

Most of what I write here comes from things I've had to figure out myself — usually the hard way.

Right now I'm also building SearchTalent, an open community platform where developers, designers, video editors, copywriters, and other digital specialists can publish real portfolios, get feedback from the community, and build a reputation based on actual work — not just a list of skills. It's still growing, and I write some build-in-public updates about it here too.
